Ordered your Holy Nails (Black) a couple years ago. Took less than a week to arrive. This time around took two weeks. It was clearly made out of better metals back then. Upon arrival and opening I could tell you opted for cheaper metals than your previous Holy Nails necklaces. The Chain feels easily breakable and the Cross is lighter and almost feels hollow. Definitely a downgrade.

Very well made. I've always loved these nail crosses. I now have one of yours in silver and one in gold.
I break out in skin tags anywhere that metal touches my skin. Please consider an alternate to the metal chain one suggestion would be so cold I've used that before. And of course you could always use leather and I'm sure you have better ideas. Other than that I'm very very pleased.

We really like the cross! The chain was a little "cheap" looking and the clasp did not look secure. I did email customer service. It takes a few days in between emails for them to respond. When they do respond it is fairly generic and not really solving the issue. My son was so excited about this necklace and anxious to wear it, when he did wear it one time the clasp broke (as I suspected). Super disappointing, and I am still waiting on an email response from 5 days ago.
